Once you have APPLIED, we will have you FILL OUT a simple form, so we can better prepare for, and accomodate, you.
Also, we highly recommend that you make sure you have TRAVEL INSURANCE. We never leave home without it! For the lucky and wonderful team of clients who come on this trip, we will need you to fill out a RELEASE FORM when you make your non-refundable DEPOSIT.

Clients are welcome to bring a friend/assistant for the Double Room Fee. Please no children. Please contact us if you plan to have more than 2 adults per room.

Many phone companies offer an international plan, and many also have a Wi-Fi option to make your calls with, that uses no minutes. Please take the time to sort this out ahead of time. *If there are emergency needs, you may use our phone.*
INTERNET
Many of the venues you will be visiting, do have high speed WiFi now, free of charge.
CASH OR CREDIT
Having some small cash for tips to housekeepers, drivers, airport personel, etc, is wonderful. They are happy with colones or dollars. Almost every place we go WILL take your credit card.
EXCHANGE RATES
Please see current online before your departure; tends to float between 550-600 colones to the US Dollar.
We highly recommend the following, for your convenience, so drives to a nearby town are not taking away from your prescious retreat time. We are in a slightly remote area, in what is still considered a Third World Country:
*bring a patch repair kit for your wheelchair - this includes tire repair and any special tool you may need for casters, seat alignment, etc
*if you have an air or gel cushion, bring a patch kit for this, and your cushion cover
*bring an extra set of medication and medical supplies, and store them sepearatly from each other, so if one luggage is lost, you still have what you need
*have a hat for sun, a light weight sleeve for possibly buggy evenings, sun block and other accutrements
* make sure you have all the comfort toiletries of home with you - womens' needs, razor, shave cream, QTips...
*snacks, essential oils, sanitizers, wipes, music, these little things are nice to have
*remember your phone and computer chargers, passport and money
